Update from Israel #Bus135

We wanted to share with you another update from the Israel Outdoors Bus 135 as they continue their incredible 10 day journey in Israel!

After spending their first few days in Jerusalem, the group traveled to the Negev desert earlier this week for hiking, camping, and camel riding. On Thursday, the group spent an exciting day in Tel Aviv, and then continued further north to the Golan Heights for their final weekend in northern Israel.

Here are some photos and updates from earlier in the week by group leader, Jason:

Wow! What an amazing group to staff with Sara. So lively, so fun, so kind, so inquisitive. We are about halfway done with the trip and we have all bonded so well. I am so impressed by how close you all have gotten. These photos are from our activity last night created by our Israeli soldiers/ friends where we learned about Israeli inventions. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our 7 best friends as they return to base but we will keep in touch. This is for them.

A few more days have come and went. Lots of fun activities and meaningful lectures. We rode camels, slept in tents, hiked Masada at sunrise, and explored the night life of Tel Aviv. Yesterday was action packed with Taglit Week’s Tel Aviv day. The group is excited to get spiritual today in Tzfat and then bring in Shabbat.
