Update from Israel #Bus227

Thank you Bus 227 trip leaders for sharing this update from Israel!

Shalom from Bus 227!!

Wow, we never want to leave this group of 46 amazing people (including our new Israeli family) and Israel. We have been having nonstop fun these past few days. Here’s some of the awesome things we have done; woke up at 4:15 am to climb the 2000+ year old Masada fortress, covered our bodies in mud and floated in the Dead Sea, rode camels through the Negev (desert) and slept in one big Bedouin tent! We learned about Israel’s first prime minister, David Ben Gurion and his vision to make the desert fruitful while visiting his grave, and then explored The Salad Trail, learning about Israeli innovation and vegetation while picking delicious fresh fruit and veggies.

To say the least Birthright is a special experience for all of us and we don’t want to go home on Saturday!!

Yalla bye ❤️ Bus 227
