Go to Israel for free on a special Taglit-Birthright Israel trip in American sign language.
Israel Quest for the Deaf & Hearing Impaired is the American sign language version of the 10-day Taglit-Birthright Israel program. Experience the very best of Israel while traveling with a community of signers. This special trip will be joined for part of the program by a group of Israeli young adults who are also deaf or hearing impaired.
As with all Taglit-Birthright Israel trips, the program is free so long as the applicants meet the basic eligibility rules (Jewish, 18-26, 1st time in Israel on a peer program). This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the beauty of Israel and develop new friendships with participants from across the United States and Israel. This trip is organized in partnership with Hands in Motion.
DATES: August 2008 (TBD)
